Overall, my stay at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel was mixed. While I loved the central location and the luxurious feel of the newly renovated rooms, I did encounter some hiccups regarding the check-in experience. Lastly, the breakfast service could use some improvement during busier periods.

When I finally got into my Executive Suite, it was incredibly beautiful, modern, and offered fantastic views of the city. However, my initial experience in the Grand Tower Suite was disappointing due to its musty condition.
